Rabbits teeth grow continuously, and without being eroded, by hay and appropriate dry food, can grow razor sharp spurs which have to be burred down by a vet. In most cases this is avoidable, however some rabbits have a disposition to molar spurs.<\/p>\n<p>The video also raises awareness of the considerations needed when giving a rabbit as a pet, and the reporter demonstrates very clearly how not to hold a rabbit. <\/p>\n<p>This article was broadcast on GMTV 7\/4\/09, and is their property and copyright.
