I have found out in Life, You can Depend on a Few Things.... God, Your Self, and If You Are Blessed a Few, True, Loyal, Trusted Friends. Not Always, Family, Sad to Say, Some times they Are the Worse. I had an Accident, Years Ago, That Destroyed My Life, and My Career, from that Accident, I have Annular Tears, in my back, where they are located, the Great Surgeon, the Best, cannot operate, I would freeze up, in layman's terms and not be able to walk. It has sent me ten years into My life, if I am 40, 50, 50, 60, etc. I have osteopororis, degenerate disk, permanent whip lash in my neck, restless leg, nerve damage, the list goes on and on. "Over 30 years ago (present age 67) I broke, while playing a basketball game, the medial malleolus of the left tibia together with ligament damage. The problem was misdiagnosed by an MD, DO and a podiatrist all of whom said I had a sprained ankle. Eventually a proper diagnosis was made by the Detroit Tigers team physician and resulting therapy resulted in about 80% mobility etc. At various times I have strained the joint and tibial tendon around this malunion, however after a bit of home therapy the pain went away and I was able to carry on as usual. This time however the tendon and joint did not heal in the aforementioned time.
