I did a lay forum & lecture on common low back problems for Imperial Palace Water Park & Resort this month. The most difficult part of lecturing on a topic like this is teaching non-medical people the relevant anatomy & biomechanical functions. Once that challenge is hurdled, talking about diagnosis & treatment becomes easy.
