Pañuelitos de manzana caramelizada, crema y frutilla – Receta Home & Health con Rodrigo Cascon
La receta que nos muestra el chef Rodrigo es súper rápida y fácil, toma nota de todo lo que necesitaras para crear esta fabulosa receta para Pañuelitos de manzana caramelizada.
Comienza cortando la manzana en cubitos de un centímetro, mientras tanto en tu sartén ya caliente coloca una cucharada de manteca y luego que se derrita la manteca adiciona la manzana. Luego de adicionar la manzana coloca 2 cucharadas soperas de azúcar rubia y una cucharada sopera de miel, vainilla al gusto y una pisca de canela. Vamos ahora a flambear todo con un poquito de porto y lima para crear un almíbar buenísimo.
Mientras las manzanas se caramelizan vamos a hacer una crema chantillí. Primero adiciona en un plato hondo una taza de crema de leche, azúcar, esencia de vainilla y después es solo batir.
Ahora vamos con las rapiditas, para realzar el sabor dales un par de vueltas en la sartén caliente. Dobla las rapiditas en 4 que queden como conitos y rellénalas con la mezcla de manzana. ¡Después en el plato coloca tu crema chantillí al gusto y disfruta!
