Knee Pain Treatment – Knee Pain Relief From Home Remedies

This short video shows a simple knee pain treatment that gets provides your relief from knee pain in 1 week. Knee pain may be the result of natural degeneration of the knee joints and tissues, injuries, arthritis, gout, and infection. It may effect people of all ages and sex. The combination of hot chilli pepper and olive oil is found be an excellent knee pain treatment.

Take 2 cups of olive oil and 2 hot chilli peppers. Wash the chilli peppers and cut them into small pieces. Take a fork or spoon and crush the chilli pepper pieces and place them in a glass jar. Now pour the olive oil over these pieces.

Keep the glass jar in a dark place for 7 days. DO NOT keep it in refrigerator. After 7 days open the bottle and apply the oil over your knee. There is no need to remove the chilli pieces from the oil. After applying the oil, put a cloth over it and leave for 20-30 minutes. It may burn but it is ok. Do this daily twice or thrice and within a week your knee pain will disapper.

Other knee pain remedies

Herbs are very effective ways to relieve arthritis knee pain and inflammation and of course they are free of side effects. Some herbs are effective when taken orally and some are for topical use. Cayenne cream is very popular herbal remedy for arthritis pain relief including knee due to its properties resembling the effects of NSAID. Cayenne cream's topical application on knee can reduce the signals of pain passing to the brain which makes the patient feel reduced or no pain for sometime. Ginger is an herb which can be used orally as well as externally for knee pain relief. Ginger has rich anti-oxidant properties and promotes blood flow in to the affected part.

Warm mustard oil spread over madar leaf and tied to the knee relieves the pain and inflammation caused due to arthritis effectively. Ashwagandha or withania somnifera is a natural pain reliever and has been recommended in Ayurveda for arthritis pain relief. Some other popular herbs used for arthritis knee pain relief are nettle leaves, in some old medications the sting of nettle thorn was given directly on the knee for immediate relief from pain and inflammation. Massage of warm oregano oil is also helpful in treating the knee pain.

If there is not acute inflammation and pain in the knee then moist heat is very effective to alleviate the arthritis pain. Soak a cloth in warm water and cover the knee till the temperature gets normal, repeat these compresses few times and 2-3 times in a day for pain relief. Hot and cold compresses are also effective for arthritis knee pain relief. In case of acute knee pain only cold compresses shall be applied. Exercises like water cycling is also an effective way to promote movement and blood circulation in the knee joint which reduces the frequency and intensity of the flares of pain. Mobilization therapy exercises are also effective in preventing arthritis knee pain and also alleviating it, however any exercise regimen shall not be chosen without medical opinion. Some yoga poses have been found very effective in relieving the knee pain and even preventing arthritis itself.

Sun salutation is a series of seven yoga exercise which is good for musculoskeletal and cardio-vascular system. Some breathing exercises can promote blood flow in the body for arthritis pain relief and promoting endurance.

घुटनो का दर्द एक आम समस्या है और ये सभी उम्र में हो सकती है परन्तु बुढ़ापे में ये प्रॉब्लम ज्यादा होती है इसके मुख्य कारण वजन का बढ़ना ,घुटने पर चोट लगना, अधिक देर तक चलने से ,अधिक समय तक एक स्थान पर बैठे रहने से ,ऐसे भोजन का सेवन करने से जो पचने में बहुत समय लगाए इन सभी कारणों से घुटनो में दर्द होता है
उपचार | Treatment
1. थोड़ा गर्म पानी लेकर उसमे एक चम्मच नमक डालकर किसी कपडे द्वारा उससे मालिश करने से आराम मिलेगा
2. सरसों का तेल ले उसमे लहसुन बारीक़ काटकर डाले उसे गर्म करें जब तक लहसुन हल्की बुरे रंग की न हो जाए उसके बाद उस तेल से मालिश करें बहुत आराम मिलेगा
3. सुबह मेथी दाने के बारीक़ चूर्ण की एक चम्मच की मात्रा को पानी के साथ सेवन करने से घुटनो का दर्द जड़ से ख़त्म हो जायेगा बुढ़ापे के कारण होने वाले दर्द में यह बहुत उपयोगी है दर्द के अलावा यह स्नायु रोग ,बहुमूत्र ,सूखा रोग व् खून आदि की कमी में बहुत उपयोगी है
4. सुबह खाली पेट तीन-चार अखरोट की गिरी खाने से भी घुटनो का दर्द जाता रहता है
5. नारियल की गिरी खाते रहना घुटनो के दर्द को ख़त्म कर देता है
6. अरण्ड के पत्ते और मेहंदी पीसकर लेप करने से घुटनो का दर्द ठीक हो जाता है
7. 6 ग्राम कोंच के बीजों को देसी गाय के दूध के साथ 14 दिन तक खाने से घुटनो का दर्द खत्म हो जाता है
8. सूखे आंवला को कूट पीसकर दो गुनी मात्रा में गुड मिलाकर बड़े मटरके आकार में गोलियां बनाकर रोजाना तीन गोलियां पानी के साथ लेने से घुटनो का दर्द ठीक हो जाता है
