This session ramps down slowly from 15 Hz to 1.00 Hz to 2 Hz then 1.00 Hz then to 1.5 Hz where you will start to find deep relaxation and relief from chronic pain. It gradually inclines back to 14 Hz.
It is recorded using slow viola with airy chords and beach sound back ground. The session uses both Binaural Beats and Isochronic tones so you may use headphones if you wish.
