Nine News Sydney/A Current Affair – Brian Henderson’s Health Battle Coverage (24.11.2014)
Unfortunately yet another former TV news legend is battling cancer, this time it's former National Nine News Sydney newsreader (and "Bandstand" presenter back in the day) Brian Henderson who's about to undergo treatment for throat cancer after previous battles with bowel, prostate and skin cancer. Of course, my thoughts and best wishes go out to Brian and his family in what must be a very difficult time right now. 🙁
As for the coverage itself, Nine News Sydney had a full report with Damian Ryan while Tracy Grimshaw sent out her best wishes to Brian and his family at the end of tonight's ACA.
Recorded off Channel Nine Sydney on November 24, 2014.
