So one of the two tips is that you must avoid forward falling. Next, avoid savasana when you have sciatica. You could practice savasana facing down, though. Also, pay attention to how you transition from sitting to standing throughout the day. You must make sure you're bending your knees while lifting something up in order to support your lower back.
