Knee Pain:

• Knee pain is a very common medical condition
• The condition occurs due to constant wear and tear of the knee joint

Symptoms to look for:

• It can be a dull pain or a sharp unbearable pain capable of making a person immobile

Causes:

• Age
• Knee injury
• Arthritis

Natural home remedy using coconut oil:

1. Take ½ cup coconut oil
2. Heat the oil till it turns lukewarm
3. Massage the oil on the affected knee joint
• The massage improves the blood circulation in the region and provides relief from the pain.

Natural home remedy using bathu leaves (or fat-hen):

1. Crush some fresh bathu leaves
2. Press on a sieve and extract their juice
3. Drink 15 g of bathu juice on an empty stomach everyday

Natural home remedy using milk and turmeric:

1. Take 1 glass hot milk
2. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
3. Mix well
4. Drink every day

Natural home remedy using fenugreek seeds:

1. Roast and crush a handful of fenugreek seeds
2. Take 2 tsp of this powder
3. Add water to make a thick paste
4. Apply on the affected area

How cure of Knee Pain | घुटनो के दर्द को करें जड़ से खत्म | Ayurveda Treatment of Knee pain

घुटनो का दर्द एक आम समस्या है और ये सभी उम्र में हो सकती है परन्तु बुढ़ापे में ये प्रॉब्लम ज्यादा होती है इसके मुख्य कारण वजन का बढ़ना ,घुटने पर चोट लगना, अधिक देर तक चलने से ,अधिक समय तक एक स्थान पर बैठे रहने से ,ऐसे भोजन का सेवन करने से जो पचने में बहुत समय लगाए इन सभी कारणों से घुटनो में दर्द होता है
उपचार | Treatment
1. थोड़ा गर्म पानी लेकर उसमे एक चम्मच नमक डालकर किसी कपडे द्वारा उससे मालिश करने से आराम मिलेगा
2. सरसों का तेल ले उसमे लहसुन बारीक़ काटकर डाले उसे गर्म करें जब तक लहसुन हल्की बुरे रंग की न हो जाए उसके बाद उस तेल से मालिश करें बहुत आराम मिलेगा
3. सुबह मेथी दाने के बारीक़ चूर्ण की एक चम्मच की मात्रा को पानी के साथ सेवन करने से घुटनो का दर्द जड़ से ख़त्म हो जायेगा बुढ़ापे के कारण होने वाले दर्द में यह बहुत उपयोगी है दर्द के अलावा यह स्नायु रोग ,बहुमूत्र ,सूखा रोग व् खून आदि की कमी में बहुत उपयोगी है
4. सुबह खाली पेट तीन-चार अखरोट की गिरी खाने से भी घुटनो का दर्द जाता रहता है
5. नारियल की गिरी खाते रहना घुटनो के दर्द को ख़त्म कर देता है
6. अरण्ड के पत्ते और मेहंदी पीसकर लेप करने से घुटनो का दर्द ठीक हो जाता है
7. 6 ग्राम कोंच के बीजों को देसी गाय के दूध के साथ 14 दिन तक खाने से घुटनो का दर्द खत्म हो जाता है
8. सूखे आंवला को कूट पीसकर दो गुनी मात्रा में गुड मिलाकर बड़े मटरके आकार में गोलियां बनाकर रोजाना तीन गोलियां पानी के साथ लेने से घुटनो का दर्द ठीक हो जाता है

Home Remedies for Arthritis & Joint Pain

Do you ever have pain in your knees, hips, hands, or other joints, and you don’t know why? This can be a sign of arthritis, which can happen in many ways. There are more than 100 different types of arthritis. Arthritis is when one or more joints become swollen.

You may see other signs of arthritis, like redness and swelling around the joints, together with the pain. It might also be hard to move the body parts that are hurt, and they may be stiff.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is full of minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorous. For this reason it is great for lessening pain in the joints. It also keeps toxins from building up in the joints and connective tissues.

Ginger
Because ginger brings down swelling it’s a good idea for treating arthritis.

Massage
A great way to get rid of the pain and swelling from arthritis is by massaging the area with mustard oil. This oil works as a natural cream and helps with blood flow.

Turmeric
If you take turmeric all the time it can help bring down swelling. This is because it has curcumin, which stops swelling. It is very good for treating rheumatoid arthritis.

Epsom Salt
Epsom salt, which is full of magnesium, helps even out the acid levels in the body. This is important because some inflammatory diseases like arthritis are caused by too much acid in the body.

Cinnamon
Because cinnamon helps bring down swelling and has antioxidants, it is great for easing the pain from arthritis.
You can also make cinnamon and honey into a paste and massage it gently on the painful area.

Fish Oil
Fish oil has omega-3 fatty acids that help stop swelling in the body and ease pain.

Alfalfa
Alfalfa can also help people with arthritis, because it is full of minerals and helps even out acid levels in the body.

Cherries
Because cherries have a lot of magnesium and potassium, they are very good for people with arthritis. Magnesium naturally soothes pain, and potassium brings down swelling.

Borage
Borage seed oil can lessen swelling and ease some signs of arthritis.

Any of these cures can help people who suffer from arthritis. But they should also make sure to keep moving all the time to keep them in good health.
