2. Sedentary lifestyle: People who do not exercise on a regular basis are prone to get back pain.
3. Over weight: Men or women who are obese will definitely experience back problems which can become a cause of concern if not treated.
4. Cancer: This deadly decease is another risk factor for back pain. It can contribute to aches and pain down the spine.
