For the next 30 days, I am going to be releasing 1 NEW VIDEO a day, in celebration of health, life, and style. I’m going to be sharing personal and inspirational videos about fullyraw recipes, style/fashion, hair/beauty/vegan makeup, what I eat, shopping and food hauls, transformational stories, personal anecdotes, mukbangs, travel vlogs, art pieces, and more! This is more a challenge for me than you…I am challenging MYSELF to become a stronger, healthier individual, and all I want you to do is watch my life and enjoy the content I am sharing with you! My wish is for us all to be healthier, happier people. I am also excited to build a community here based around health and fun living. I am going to start the 30 for 30 this coming Sunday! I will be posting videos EVERY DAY for 30 days. I will be doing a few giveaways for juicers, blenders, books, and more along the way so stay tuned for those. AND, I want your feedback, so if ever along the way you have any questions for me or want me to make a video about a specific topic, write your questions and comments below, and I will do my best to address them!

30 for 30 is ONLY going to be on my YouTube Channel. I won’t be posting about this everyday on my other social media channels, but I will be sharing some inspo and other fun recipes on my instagram and snapchat, so be sure to follow me there as well. Lastly, many of you have been requesting me to make more videos in Spanish, so during this 30 for 30, I am going to start posting on my Spanish channel again as well. I’ll start off with most likely 2-3 videos a week and will build my way up from there.

I’m SO EXCITED to embark on this new journey with you! I hope you love this new series and that you share all of this wisdom and fun with your family and friends. I’m happy to create a positive and peaceful environment where we can all grow, learn, and become more compassionate beings together.

Lately I have been much more careful about what I eat in a day – I try to eat healthy, nutritious and tasty food. if you want to know what to eat and how to cook it this breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks video is perfect for you. The healthy food can be prepared in advance and in the morning you can just grab it and take it to school or work.

For the how to healthy breakfast ideas I show you 5 different options. All of these are super quick to make, very nutritious and healthy. Banana oatmeal cookies for example require just two ingredients, two ripe bananas and oats. If you want more taste, you can add some cinnamon, chocolate chips, dried fruits. When you are running late for school, you can just grab a couple of these delicious cookies and you are out the door. Another healthy breakfast or snack idea is a delicious granola bar. Just mix the nuts, seeds and dried fruits of your choice plus add some rice syrup and almond butter. I also popped in some dark chocolate chips. These granola bars are so quick to make, healthy and delicious. Great for a breakfast or a healthy snack. If you love fruits, a fruit salad in a jar is a great option for your healthy breakfast. Just cut your favorite fruits in pieces and put it in a jar. Awesome breakfast on the go! Ice cream for breakfast? Well almost 🙂 Take an ice cream cone and fill it up with fruit of your choice, put a large table spoon of yogurt on, and top it off with more fruit. You can eat this on the way to school or work.
