EAR PAIN – Home remedy acts much quicker than pills & antibiotics – this salt thing is a miracle. – Last night my girl child was crying with ear pain. After observing her for half an hour I decided to take her to a hospital but again decided to test this home remedy on her as told by my grandmother. I found this as a home remedy last night which worked for my child. Cook 4 to 5 spoons of salt until brown, put in cloth and hold to ear (blocking out air with salt in towel over ear opening). Careful! Salt is very hot! Put it to the ear opening for a minute. Repeat this 10 to 15 times. My child went back to sleep and pain free for the whole night & she went to school the next day without complaining about her ear.
This salt thing is a miracle! Nothing in the ear means no harm and nothing but relief. Try it! Test yourself if you have any ear pain. Much quicker than pills. BUT REMEMBER IF IT DOESN'T WORK CONSULT A DOCTOR BECAUSE FOREIGN BODY MAY ENTER THE EAR WHICH WILL NEED URGENT MEDICAL TREATMENT. If ear pain does not decrease using this technique then take around 3-4 nos. of fresh garlic & heat it slightly & take the garlic juice out by crushing the warm garlic & pour 2 drops of warm (not too hot) garlic juice into the ear suffering from pain to get instant relief from ear pain. For ear pain suffering from fungus apply onion juice into the ear to get relieve instantly.

5 Steps to Hip Pain Relief
Dr Saran's 5 Steps to Hip Pain Relief
Hip pain is a common complaint that can be caused by a wide variety of problems. Hip pain can make it difficult to walk, go up and down stairs, squat, or sleep on the side that hurts. A clicking or snapping feeling or sound around your hip joint (snapping hip) may bother you or cause you to worry. But if your hip is not painful, in many cases the click or snap is nothing to worry about. Home treatment may be all that is needed for minor hip symptoms.
The precise location of your hip pain can provide valuable clues about the underlying cause.
Problems within the hip joint itself tend to result in pain on the inside of your hip or your groin. Hip pain on the outside of your hip, upper thigh or outer buttock is usually caused by problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons and other soft tissues that surround your hip joint.
Hip pain can sometimes be caused by diseases and conditions in other areas of your body, such as your lower back or your knees. This type of pain is called referred pain. Most hip pain can be controlled with self-care at home.
Here are 5 steps to pain relief.

More Details About This Video:
The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) can cause severe jaw pain. The jaw joint and surrounding facial muscles that control chewing and moving the jaw are often involved. Clicking, popping, pain, and deviations in the movements of the joint are common symptoms. Stretching the TMJ and strengthening the muscles around the joint are just as important as any other part of your body.
First, take your palm and slowly push on one side of your jaw. The pressure is on your chin. Push back with your jaw, but make sure your teeth are aligned. Start off gently, and if there is no pain, push a little harder. Do both sides; this will increase the strength and control of the joint.
Next, push down on your bottom teeth with your fingers, and push up with your jaw. Try to keep your jaw in one place, and don't bite down.
Finally, hold your mouth slightly open and aligned. Then, with your palm, push your chin straight in towards you. You should feel a stretch on your TMJ.
Hold these for about 5 seconds each, and build your time up to 30 seconds, doing 3-5 each.
