These massage tips will help you give a relaxing, healing massage and can help you provide specific relief for tight, sore, stiff muscles in the neck and shoulders.

This is neck adjustment demonstration, though misalignments in the neck can easily cause pain in the shoulder, arms, wrists, hands, etc. Chiropractic pillows, cushions and other items may also help to relieve tension.

Pain relief medications may help you deal with pain but they do not address the structural or alignment issues causing the pain.
